Innovatus’ Life Sciences strategy was launched in 2017 to support world-class life sciences companies with customized investment solutions. Innovatus Life Sciences provides growth capital in the form of senior secured debt and equity to support the development and commercial growth of innovative biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic, and life sciences tools companies that are poised to transform the healthcare landscape and improve patient outcomes through their differentiated products that target significant unmet medical needs.

Furthermore, we build relationships with our partners that transcend beyond capital, and our strategic advice and support from our Advisory Board members is well received by management teams and board members. 

We seek to invest $20 to $150 million+ in public and private late-stage development and commercial-stage life sciences companies.

Our investment team has been investing globally in the life sciences space with over 200 years of combined experience. To date, the Innovatus Life Sciences team has provided approximately $1.5 billion in senior secured debt commitments to leading life sciences companies.
